    Heritage Homes of Siouxland has been in operation serving the tri-state area since 1990.  Our model home and sales office at 958 Starview Dr. in Hinton, Iowa is located right off highway 75 just south of Hinton in the Marland Heights subdivision.  The sales office is open to the public Monday – Friday 4:00 – 6:00 and Sundays 1:00 – 4:00.  We are also available for appointments at your convenience.

     Doug is a lifelong resident of Sioux City, Iowa. After graduating from East High School he attented United Technical Institute in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, specializing in architectural design. Upon graduation he served his country with the United States Navy and is a Vietnam War veteran. He attended Sioux Empire College and earned an Associates Degree is Business Management.

Doug has 30 years experience in the construction industry and has managed multi-million dollar commercial and industrial projects. Under subcontract with Rockwell International, Doug spent several weeks in Japan for supervision, training and installation of communication shelters at various remote military installations throughout the country. Prior to Heritage Homes of Siouxland, Doug was the Building Inspector for the City of South Sioux City.
